1. Crushing process:
Wood crusher: If your raw materials are log, wood chip or other big size materials, generally, you should crush them at first. Because of the best size of raw materials in pelletizing is 3-5mm. So, based on different materials, wood crusher is necessary. Our 700 type wood crusher is ideal equipment for pellet production line which is used to process logs, square blocks, wood staff etc with size less than 200mm (diameter). After the material being crushed by wood crusher, the output size can be diameter3-5mm that is suitable for further processing.

2. Drying system

3. Air-lock valve
After drying, the material should be conveyed to the storage bin; here an air-lock valve is necessary. With the priorities of air locking and blocking function, our air-lock valve can control flow of material from cyclone under gravity, pressure and vacuum conditions and interdict the high temperature gas while conveying material to the storage bin.

7. Pelletizing system: AMSPLM400 Flat Die Pellet Mill
After crushing and drying, the raw materials can be put into wood pellet mill.AMS 400type flat die pellet machine is adopted to guarantee better result of wood pellet production. This electric flat die pellet mill has roller-driven design which ensures more powerful compression on the materials, so it can process hardwood materials into biomass pellets more easily than other die-driven pellet mills. 8. Wood Pellets Cooling & Sieving Machine
Coming out from the wood pellet mill, the pellets are with high temperature and some are fragmentary, so before packing process, we need to reduce the high temperature in a short time to get high destiny pellet and sieve out the fragmentary pellets for packing. Our cooling and sieving machine combines cooler and sieve in one machine. It can separate and collect the dust and fragments for reuse as well as reduce the temperature of pellets simultaneously from 80~90℃to about 3~5℃ above ambient temperature, moisture content from 17%~18% to 12%~13%, which is good for the pellet packing and storage.
