1. Lubricate the wood pellet mill properly. People commonly think that the more you add lubrication oil for the machine, the better the machine performs. However, when the wood pellet mill is designed, the designer had limited the needs of lubrication oil strictly. If the oil is too much,

2. Don’t use the waste oil directly in the wood pellet mill. The waste oil can be used again after special treatment, but if it is directly used in the wood pellet machine, it will be harmful to the machine.
3. Choose proper lubricant. According to the working principle of the wood pellet mill, the specified lubricant is needed. In order to oil the machine rightly in different environment, a certain amount of additive should be added into the lubricant. While, with different additive and lubricant, the performance of the machinery is different. So it is necessary to choose proper lubricant according to the conditions of the machinery and the environment.
